GRACI, J.. ¶ 1 Appellant, Michael J. Kohan (“Ko-han”), has taken this appeal from the judgment of sentence to serve a term of imprisonment of from three years to six years, imposed after a jury found him guilty of sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault. We affirm.
