Plaintiff appeals as of right from the orders of the Wayne Circuit Court granting defendants’ motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(8). The court’s orders had the effect of dismissing plaintiff’s damage claim for personal injuries she sustained after being crimi nally assaulted in a vacant building owned by defendant Pollie Pinkins and managed by defendants Eugene Gilmore, Jr., and New Center Realty, Inc. We affirm.
