This is an appeal from the circuit court of Sangamon county to this court, from an order modifying a decree of divorce. In the original decree, the custody of the minor Child of Charles Bex Horn, plaintiff, and Marcelino Horn, defendant, was awarded to the paternal grandfather W. F. Horn, who resides at Weeping Water, Nebraska. The decree was entered on .December 27,1952. On December 30,1953, the defendant filed her petition for modification of the decree previously entered, asking that the custody of said minor child be changed from the paternal grandfather to herself.
