SUMMARY ORDER
For the third time, defendant Vincent Basciano, one-time acting boss of the Bo-nanno organized crime family, stands convicted following a jury trial of crimes committed as part of that enterprise. See United States v. Basciano, 465 Fed.Appx. 9 (2d Cir.2012); United States v. Basciano, 384 Fed.Appx. 28 (2d Cir.2010).
