MEMORANDUM OPINION

DOUGLAS O. TICE, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.

Hearing was held September 15, 1994, on the confirmation of debtor’s Amended Plan of Reorganization dated June 21, 1994. Creditor Central Fidelity Bank objected to confirmation on the ground that the plan improperly attempted to modify a consent order which held that the debt owed to Central Fidelity was nondischargeable.
