{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant Elizabeth Ramos appeals the decision of the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court, which granted summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee Kenneth Ransom, M.D. The main issue is whether summary judgment was properly entered when appellant failed to respond to requests for admissions, thus deeming those matters admitted. Appellant also contests the denial of her motions for additional time to respond to summary judgment, for leave to respond to the request for admissions, and for oral arguments on the summary judgment.
