Plaintiff has appealed from an order dismissing his action, entered after the court sustained defendants’ demurrer to plaintiff’s third amended complaint without leave to amend.
The third amended complaint alleges the following facts: In January of 1966 plaintiff orally agreed (1) to find and introduce defendants to a person or persons who would lease defendants’ real property in Torrance, California; and (2) to introduce defendants to a contractor and designer with whom plaintiff—on his own behalf—had negotiated a tentative agreement for the construction of a building on the…
