I. BACKGROUND AND FACTS

The Plaintiff, Eve Bruneau, was a student in the sixth grade at South Kortright Central School District. Pat Schofield, the Plaintiff’s mother, was appointed her guardian ad litem, for the purposes of this suit by this Court’s Order dated December 22,1994.
