WILLIAM E. MILLER, Circuit Judge.

The defendant, Deri Gray, appeals his convictions under a two count indictment charging violations of the federal firearms laws, 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(h)(1) and 922(j). Gray was found guilty under both counts by a jury and subsequently sentenced to concurrent three year terms of imprisonment.
