The complaint herein alleges that the defendants executed and delivered to the plaintiff a bond *464and mortgage covering property which was subsequently sold by the defendants to John and Fannie Trupkiewicz, subject to said mortgage, and that said property was thereafter sold under foreclosure of said mortgage resulting in a deficiency, to recover which this suit is brought against the defendants, as the obligors on the bond accompanying said mortgage.
