The United States in prosecuting this action, seeks as relief, a judgment in the first *647instance declaring it to be the owner of certain lands described in the complaint to the exclusion of all other persons, and that the defendant and anyone claiming under him be perpetually enjoined and restrained from entering and trespassing on the lands involved.
