This is a petition for a writ of certiorari to review the action of the Unemployment Compensation Commission denying the petitioner’s claim for a refund, under the provisions of V. S. 47, §5372, of the contributions paid by it to such commission during the period from January 1, 1949 to December 30, 1951.
