The appellant, Harry G. Daumit, appeals from a judgment in favor of the Director of Labor against him for the sum of $1692.35, together with costs of suit, entered on January 17, 1944, affirming the decision of the Director upon a proceeding under the Unemployment Compensation Act and quashing the writ of certiorari.
