In this adversary proceeding, Scott Vi-eth (“plaintiff’) seeks a determination that *363his claim in the amount of $124,200 against debtors, Nicholas and Amy Williams (“defendants”) is nondischargeable pursuant to § 523(a)(6) of the Bankruptcy Code.1

This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(I), and this court has jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1334.
