Defendant Kevin Swenby filed a chapter 13 bankruptcy on December 18, 2014. The case was later converted to chapter 7. Plaintiff, Kendall Swenby, is the defendant’s brother and personal representative for their deceased mother’s estate (Opal Meicher).
