Archer, Claiborne Bruce, Allam Alshay-eb, Russ Himel, Raymond Chachere, Dennis McLaughlin, Dale Gorman, Louay Jou-barani, Seman Matta, and Carlo Congelosi (collectively, “the Investors”), sued appellants, James R. Cleveland, Paul R. Cleveland, Kellie L.
