This is an information in the nature of a quo warranto, filed in the circuit court of Ford county, Illinois, by the State’s attorney, upon the relation of certain land owners, against G. W. Karr, V. E. Johnson and J. Clem, to test the legality of the organization of Ford Special Drainage District of the counties of Ford and Iroquois. The respondents filed two pleas.
