Petitioner, a native of Mexico, seeks review of the denial of his motion for reconsideration by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). We deny the petition.

Petitioner was admitted to the United States in 2000 as a nonimmigrant visitor, which allowed him to stay for only seventy-two hours. In 2009, the government initiated removal proceedings against him.
