OPINION
BURGESS, Justice.
A jury convicted Malcolm C. Moffett of murdering another prison inmate. The trial *779court found the indictment’s enhancement allegations to be true and assessed punishment at twenty-five years’ confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice — Institutional Division. The judge ordered the sentence to be served consecutively to the twelve year burglary sentence appellant was serving when the murder was committed. Moffett raises seven points of error.
