Appellant Jesus Corrdero Romero was convicted of the felony offenses of indecency with a child and aggravated sexual assault of a child. Appellant seeks reversal of his convictions, complaining in four related issues that the trial court abused its discretion by removing a juror as disabled, thereby depriving appellant of his constitutional right to a unanimous jury verdict, and further abused its discretion by refusing to grant a mistrial; and in two related issues that, by refusing to unseal personal juror information, the trial court violated article 35.29…
