BEFORE THIS COURT is the Motion of Defendants, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”), as Receiver for First RepublicBank Odessa, N.A. and First Re-publicBank Fort Worth, N.A., Donald E. Rayburn, Stanley L. Jarmiolowski, Steve Helbing, Jabier Rodriguez, and NCNB Texas National Bank, for Summary Judgment against Plaintiffs RSR Properties, Inc., Oakwood West, Inc., Rudolph Jones, and Richard Jones.
