Judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County (David Stadtmauer, J.), rendered on March 21, 1988, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of murder in the second degree, and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of 20 years to life, unanimously reversed, on the law, and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, and the matter is remanded for a new trial.
