Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Quinn, J.), rendered June 16,1977, convicting defendant following a jury trial of robbery in the first degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, reversed, on the law, on the facts and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, and the matter remanded for a new trial.
