Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Joseph L. DiFede, J.), rendered March 24, 1983, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of the crime of attempted murder in the second degree (Penal Law §§ 110.00, *190125.25), and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of from 8⅓ to 25 years, is unanimously reversed, on the law and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, and the matter remanded for a new trial.
