Employment Relations Commission v. Cafana Cleaners, Inc.

Plaintiff has petitioned this Court for an order enforcing the commission’s order of November 7, 1975, which ordered defendant to reinstate three discharged employees with back pay and directing a representation election after the reinstatement.
