NEUMANN, Justice.

[¶ 1] Grand Forks County appealed from a district court judgment affirming the decision of Job Service that the County was properly charged for a portion of unemployment benefits paid to Suzanne Tol-lefson, Troy O’Hara, and Darrell Kvernen and dismissing the County’s petition for judicial review of the claim of Michael Coachman. We affirm.
