This is a suit to partition a tract of land containing about eighty acres situated in Adair county, Missouri. Plaintiff, Hazel May Rummerfield, of age, and Albert H. Mason and Ruby P. Mason, minors, by their next friend, in their petition claimed that they and the defendant, George H. Mason, their father, were tenants in common, each owning a one-fourth undivided interest in the lands. The defendant filed an answer in which he claimed the whole title.
