White v. Meadow Park Land Co.

This appeal involves a suit in which plaintiffs (appellants) seek to enjoin defendant (respondent) from establishing an “alley” across the rear 14 feet of plaintiffs’ lot. At the trial below the court found against the plaintiffs and dismissed their petition and they perfected their appéal.
