GUTIERREZ, Judge.

Chad W. Laughlin appeals from denial of his post-conviction relief application. After a hearing, the district court found that Laugh-lin’s trial counsel was not ineffective in failing to raise in a motion to suppress evidence the issue of the extraterritorial arrest. We affirm.
