Plaintiff Joseph Kinneary (“Kinneary”) brought this action against the City of New York (the “City”), and, individually, City employees Marsha Rothem (“Roth-em”), Zoe Ann Campbell (“Campbell”), and Louis Tazzi (“Tazzi”) (collectively, “City Defendants”). 1 Kinneary claimed violations by City Defendants of the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C. § 794, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 1983, the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.
