OPINION

FRUMAN, Judge.

This is an interlocutory appeal from a denial of defendants’ motions for summary judgment in an action for wrongful death as a result of alleged medical negligence. The action was brought, in pertinent part, pursuant to the Tort Claims Act, NMSA 1978, Sections 41-4-1 through -29 (Repl. 1986). Generally stated, the certified question involves the issue of the fraudulent concealment of relevant information by the defendants, and the application of Section 41-4-15(A), which is the controlling statute of limitations.
