The information in this case charged that Jim Strong, Bill Connor, and George Patton did in Okmul-gee county on or about the 10th day of January, 1923, manufacture certain intoxicating liquor, to wit, corn whisky. Upon arraignment the defendants Jim Strong and Bill Con-nor each pleaded guilty, and were duly sentenced.
Upon his trial the jury returned a verdict, finding the defendant Patton guilty, and fixing his punishment at a fine of $50 and confinement in the county jail for 30 days. From the judgment rendered on the verdict he appeals.
