Today we revisit this court’s decision in Matter of P.J., a Child Alleged to be a Child in Need of Services, 575 N.E.2d 22 (Ind.Ct.App.1991), where we discussed the tension between the exclusive authority of the juvenile court over delinquent children and the exclusive authority of a school corporation over suspensions and expulsions of students.
