Appellant Anthony Mazza challenges the trial court’s dismissal of his complaint on res judicata grounds. In affirming the trial court on this issue, we also take the opportunity to hold that the recent Supreme Court decisions 1 articulating the requirements that a complaint must meet in order to survive a motion to dismiss apply in our jurisdiction.
