Gary Culbertson was convicted, after a jury trial, of four counts of statutory sodomy, in the first degree, § 566.062, RSMo 1994. 1 He was sentenced as a prior offender to three terms of fifty years’ imprisonment and one term of life imprisonment, to run consecutively.
