State Ex Rel. Walker v. Board of Com'rs

On June 22, 19.45, a petition to vacate and abandon a road on the west shore of Flathead Lake was filed with the board of county commissioners of Flathead county. After due notice and hearing before the board on July 17, 1945, the road was ordered abandoned.

On January 22, 1946, the relator applied to the district court for a writ of certiorari to review the order of the board of county commissioners of Flathead county to abandoning the road.
