This case arises from a default judgment in an employment discrimination action rendered in favor of the pro se plaintiff, Dennis W. Byars. The plaintiff appeals from the trial court’s denial of his motion to reargue and to vacate the order to open the default judgment. The trial court subsequently granted the motion to dismiss filed by the defendant FedEx Ground Package System, Inc.,1 and rendered judgment dismissing the action.
