JAMES E. BOASBERG, District Judge.

Plaintiff Laura Sennett — a photojournalist who claims a special interest in covering protests, political demonstrations, and “grassroots activism” — submitted a request to the Federal Bureau of Investigation seeking - “files, correspondence, or other records concerning [herself].” After a search and review of documents, the agency produced more than 1,000 pages of responsive records but withheld and redacted a number of records pursuant to specific provisions of the Freedom of Information Act and the Privacy Act.
