DECISION ON MOTION BY DEBTOR TO DISMISS COMPLAINT

This case involves the application of the automatic stay under Code § 362(a) to a decision and judgment entered by another bankruptcy court, in a multiparty action in the Northern District of Ohio, after one of the parties in that case filed a Chapter 7 petition in this court subsequent to that trial, but before the decision and judgment were entered by the bankruptcy court.
