This case comes up on the bill of complaint and a demurrer thereto. The bill is filed by the Rochester German Insurance Company of Rochester, N. Y., against Nora Martin Schmidt, the Palatine Insurance Company, Limited, of London, England, a foreign corporation, the Palatine Insurance Company of Hartford, Conn., a Connecticut corporation, the Agricultural Insurance Company of Watertown, N.
