Appeal from the Circuit Court of the United States for the Southern District of Iowa. Suit in equity by the Mechanics’ Insurance Company of Philadelphia and others against the C. A. Hoover Distilling Company and others. From a decree dismissing the bill, complainants appeal.

CARLAND, District Judge.

The C. A. Hoover Distilling Company, an Iowa corporation doing business at Oskaloosa, in said state, on May 15, 1908, suffered a loss of property by fire. On the property destroyed were insurance policies to the amount of $85,500, distributed among different insurance companies as follows:
