An injunction suit was instituted in a district court of Dallas county by appellant, Gulf Colorado & Santa Fé Railway Company, against appellee, Pearlstone Mill & Elevator Company, to restrain it from prosecuting to judgment certain justice court eases then pending in a justice court of Dallas county, from filing and prosecuting a large number of other claims, each triable in a justice court, and to compel appellee to prosecute all claims in one suit.
