This is an appeal from the action of the trial court in denying an injunction. Wirt Stewart and H. B. Howard, partners doing business under the firm name of Pitts-burg Storage Company, sold some Porto Rican sweet potato plants to C. A. Loftis, as alleged, acting for the Gainesville Chamber of Commerce.
