CONNER, Chief Justice.
This is an injunction suit filed by appellee to restrain appellants and John L. Terrell and Charles T. Rowland, two justices of the peace of precinct Ho. 1, Tarrant County, from prosecuting five several suits filed in said Justice Courts by appellants against appellee, and to recover damages as set out in the petition. The trial resulted in the perpetuation of the preliminary injunction that had been issued, and in a judgment for appellee in the sum of $555.60, from which this appeal has been prosecuted.
