MEMORANDUM OPINION
ACKER, District Judge.
This cause comes to be heard on appeal from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama. On August 14, 1986, the bankruptcy court entered an order granting a preliminary injunction in favor of the debtor, Costa and Head Land Company, an Alabama general partnership, enjoining National Bank of Commerce from selling, transferring or otherwise disposing of certain securities in NBC’s possession under a pledge agreement executed by the owners of the securities, Nelson H.
