OPINION

This case presents the question of whether the principal of a Chapter 11 debtor who is an accommodation maker with the debtor on a note is entitled to an injunction at the request of the debtor enjoining suit against him on the note by reason of the effect the suit has upon him and derivatively upon the debtor. Frederick J. Roper, Sr. (“Roper”) owns 65% of the capital stock of Ro-Dun Corporation (“Rodun”), a holding company which holds all the capital stock of Apollo Molded Products, Inc. (the “Debtor”).
