In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, to review a determination of the Board of Trustees of the New York City Employees Retirement System (NYCERS), dated June *5912, 2005, which, without a hearing, demoted the petitioner from her position as a provisional administrative manager L-2 to the position of associate staff analyst and to compel a name-clearing hearing, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Ruchelsman, J.), dated June 21, 2006, which, in effect, denied the petition and dismissed the proceeding.
