KITE, Justice.

[¶1] Tiphany Gayhart and Richard Jordan were involved in an intimate relationship for a number of years, living together in Texas before moving to Jackson, Wyoming. In the course of their relationship, Ms. Gay-hart became involved in Mr. Jordan's financial dealings and had access to Mr. Jordan's substantial assets. After the relationship ended, Mr. Jordan sought Ms. Gayhart's agreement to return the assets and obtained her signature on written agreements to that effect.
