Three claims have been filed against the within bankruptcy estate by H.T. Poindex-ter & Sons Merchandising Company. The first claim was filed on May 31, 1979, for the sum of $251,674.60, the amount of the then remaining rent payments under the lease between claimant and bankrupt.
