Formerly, the plaintiff filed an adversary action in this court to reclaim certain chattels in which it claimed a valid and perfected security interest. See United States of America v. Richardson, Adversary Action No. 85-0101-3 (Bkrtcy.W.D. Mo. April 15, 1985).
